- **Eddy Current Testing (ECT)** — also: conventional ECT, Eddy Current Heat Exchanger Inspection. Non-destructive testing for non-ferromagnetic tubing (copper, brass, titanium, austenitic stainless steel, Inconel, Monel) in heat exchangers, condensers and air-cooled exchangers. Detects pitting, wall loss, cracks, erosion and baffle wear. Compliant with ASME Section V and ASTM E309.
- **Saturated Eddy Current — FSEC (Full Saturation Eddy Current)** — for ferromagnetic and weakly-ferromagnetic heat exchanger tubing such as duplex stainless, super-duplex, Sea-Cure, AL-6XN and ferritic stainless. A high-strength DC magnetic field saturates the tube wall so conventional ECT probes can resolve flaws that would otherwise be masked by permeability variations.
- **Partial Saturation Eddy Current — PSEC** — for slightly ferromagnetic heat exchanger tubing such as 304/316 stainless with cold-work-induced magnetism, certain duplex grades and Ferralium. Lower-field magnetisation removes permeability noise without fully saturating the wall.
- **IRIS — Internal Rotary Inspection System (Ultrasonic Tube Inspection)** — rotating ultrasonic tube inspection for high-precision quantitative wall-thickness measurement of ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic heat exchanger tubes. Provides 360° coverage and millimetre-accurate fitness-for-service data. Compliant with ASTM E2096.
- **Heat Exchanger Tube Inspection — Full-Bundle (ECT/FSEC/PSEC/IRIS/RFT/NFT)** — full-bundle inspection of shell-and-tube heat exchangers, condensers, reboilers and air-cooled exchangers in refineries and petrochemical plants. Selects and combines techniques per tube material and degradation mechanism to maximise probability of detection.
- **Remote Field Testing (RFT/RFEC)** — for ferromagnetic carbon-steel and ferritic stainless heat exchanger tubes, feedwater heaters and boiler tubes. Compliant with ASTM E2884.
- **Near Field Testing (NFT/NFEC)** — for fin-fan air cooler tubes and detection of internal corrosion at production speed.
- **Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL)** — tube inspection for ferromagnetic heat exchanger and air cooler tubes; complements RFT and IRIS for rapid screening.
